Aroma's cuisine, traveling in Mediterranean countries; Spain, France, Italy, Turkey, Greece, Lebanon and Israel. In the menu, special emphasis was placed on seasonal raw materials from only the best local produce. The menu is rich in vegetables and fruits in the Farm to table approach. The rest of the menu - meat, fish and olive oil - are based on only natural products from a worldview that supports the local industry and responsibility for the environment, while emphasizing generous portions and decent pricing. The menu is updated almost daily according to the availability of raw materials, and every few weeks a seasonal vegetable is selected and used extensively in a large portion of the dishes.
Aroma encourages social and family eating, with dishes in the center of the table, which creates communication and allows exposure to many flavors.
