Website Issues
Two completely different style of menu’s on the same site. The designs alternate depending on what tab is clicked. The website needs to be more cohesive and intuitive, it’s inconsistencies make it hard to navigate. When you click menu, a scan of a ‘Breakfast Specials’ paper is shown, the information is scattered around the scanned paper. The menu site needs more work. Frequent use of elements that are clickable that don’t look clickable at all. Spacing issues. Some tabs take you to a pdf, some are completely random and unpredictable.
Important Elements
Cohesive layouts, Attention grabbing color scheme, Consistent design, Short use of fonts, Legible and not excessive body text, Proper use of Icons, buttons, tabs...etc Spacing between elements, Only the key options on the menu, Contact Info, reservations and address easy to find<
Website Goals
A website gives you a controlled way to portray an image of your business as you would like it, giving your customers an idea of the atmosphere and offering before even stepping a foot inside. It is also a platform to provide the basic information that your customers may need to know about your restaurant including hours of operation, directions, payment methods and more.
