Our family
Welcome to Carnations which is a family owned business. The first picture you see is one of my family. The owner Angel, next to his daughter Samantha, next to co-owner Maria, and finally their son Max. The second photo is a picture of a flower, and you may thing what is a flower doing here but that flower means more to our family than anything, since that flower represents our last name. Our last name is Clavel and the flower represents that perfectly, and the flower is also known as a carnation. Our family has worked hard to make sure we deliver on everything from catering to answering questions. We want the best for our customers. It is a little company that makes a big difference, we try to make you feel like you are part of the family.

Carnation has arrived locations — one in Los Angeles, another in Orange County, and a third in the San Diego — to share its vegetable-focused fare, following the growing trend of making meat a side dish rather than the star of the plate. Though based in LA where sunny skies are the norm, the bright and airy brand came to San Diego with a slightly different menu offering to match the weather..
Eating your vegetables shouldn’t feel like punishment. Carnation's has become the people’s choice for the freshness and originality of our food, showcasing vibrant vegetables in a fun, creative way. While our seasonally changing menu is rich in color and diverse in options, the environment is never overbearing. Food and community are always the co-stars.
