Target Audience

• The audience is vegans who want to order food instead of having to make it at home.
• If they do decide to offer craft cocktails as they are known for them to make it more palatable with photos of the drinks.

Competitive Analysis of Restaurants Like Mowhawk Bend

• Their website is responsive but hard to read.
• They do have a great use case for photos of their menu items and drinks they offer when regularly open.
• They've incorporated a great Instagram widget so it is very easy to see how much their customers love them.

• The website is responsive with a great usage of photos that scale perfectly on mobile.
• Their menu is clearly displayed on the menu page with photos of each item. I'd like to incorporate this into the Mowhawk Bend redesign.
• Their Instagram is quite well run. They showcase not only photos but videos on how to make some of their cocktails during quarantine.

• This website is absolutely gorgeous. Their website is responsive and the photos they use are the highest quality showing the actual asethetic of the restuarant.
• The menu page is elegantly layed out with photos and even videos of some menu items. Ideally this website is how I would like to make the redesign appear.
• The website makes use of the socials to showcase their place in the neighborhood which gives it a more tangible feel.
