    Salt & Spice is a neighborhood restaurant for food lovers. Our focus on Local Food means our Italian-inspired Gastropub menu changes regularly to highlight the bounty of the season and our farm-to-table philosophy. Chef Nick Torres works closely with local farms to ensure our guests can enjoy the freshest food in the Southbay. Even our meats are hand selected from trusted growers and usually butchered in house.

  • Our Community

    Most of our produce is grown in local Manhattan Beach community gardens as part of our Junior Chefs elementary school educational programs in partnership with Growing Great. Yeah, we are a bit obsessed with fresh food! Our talented kitchen takes as much pride in their work as our farmers do. They smoke, brine, cure, pickle, ferment, roast, bake and more to create inspired flavors from our homemade dishes.
