Client: Burger Factory
Competitor sites: In-n-Out , Johnny Rockets , Shake Shack
Target Audence: Teens-Adults; Ages 13-24
How involved with the community is the client willing to be? They seem to be very old fashion with how they do things and seem to be new to the social media gmae. Are they willing to put in the work for social medias to get more clients. They target audience does most thing online and on social media.
Take better pictures, set a tagline (rebranding in general), get menu in order, user test the website they have already to see what is working for the target audience and what isn't, set a theme.
Organization seems to be key with this client. Their website is all over the place. There is no menu option that gives you different parts of the website for things like a contact us, about us, menu, aand social media. This is something the competitors have that can be valuable to build a connection with their customers. If someone who is new to the buisness and didn't know what to get, it would be nice to have pictures people share on social media, or reviews or ratings of vertain items, weekly specials, clear images of their products, a fast and easy way to get to their menu and pricings and links to all their social medias.
I am guessing this is talking about the schedule to making the website better. We would first do some testing with the wensite they have now to help us get a better sense of what the target audience is looking for, brainstrom, then we would set up a concept, rebrand, wireframe, prototype, build the website, test, set up social medias to go with the new website, fix any problems and keep adding and making the site better.
