The establishment I'd like to work on is Cactus Taqueria, which has the objectively best breakfast burrito in the city.

The site, as of now, feels a little torn between ideas, with a small segment of a single-column, infinite-scroll page devoted to each of those ideas. None of these give you the impression of what Cactus is: a small-stand style chain, with limited seating but delicious food. I'd like to refocus the site around the idea of menu presentation and caterging / ubering inspiration. The stands themselves are very much 'local spots' looking, and don't offer much to dine in, so a rework of the website in line with the architectural realities of their establishments would be best.
Our target audience would be locals and newly-locals who are looking for their 'secret' joint, and would be built around inspiring them to take a stroll or call an uber to get their next-level Mexican food. It would not emphasize or focus on the single location which has bar seating, as that's misleading for 3/4 of their locations. Our target audience is 16-50, and we are attempting to give them an appealing image of the food itself that takes the competition off their minds.
