Generally speaking their website’s design goes back to at least a decade ago, so it’s visually old fashion in a bad way and also there are lots of functionality issues that need to be fixed.
In comparison with its competitors including “Domino’s Pizza”, “pizza hut” and”Peppino’s” Big Mama website is visually unpleasant and out dated. Visual design look completely unprofessional and primitive. The content is not organized either. There is too much information in the home page that makes the website busy and confusing. There is so much going on in another word. So contents need to get organized. There is no call to action and the navigation is missing some important titles includes “About us”. The navigation also need to be redesign to visually looks better. In terms of social media, the website provides many of them but maybe in an inappropriate place of the site.
The main goal for the website should be letting more customers have access to their products and improving the sale by creating an easy and pleasing online interaction. Plus, their website is a tool for them to offer more franchise and increase their revenue.
Their target audience are very expanded from children to seniors since their business is a family oriented fast food.
