Vibes
- Silence - Not that I necessarily need to be alone but a quiet work environment is the most effective for me.
- Music - If successful, music can mask other noises for me and I occasionally will sync up in time with it.
- Breathing - Stepping away from my work to stop and do slow breathing, gives me a pause to recenter and come back with a fresh set of eyes.
- Fidgeting - I often subconsciously fidget with things such as my ring, pen, or hands as a self-soothing routine.
- Confidence - When I am not checking notes constantly or second-guessing what I need to do due to unclear directions I am much more efficient. With a clear direction and knowing exactly how to do what I’m working on, I can get through work much faster.
