Research

I think the main reason the website doesn`t work sufficiently is that it`s cluttery and has too many things that aren`t necessary, yet they take up a lot of space and attention that could otherwise go toward other things that are more important and actually are the reason this website exist.

Visual design:

Overall, this site looks fine, although some parts of it such as a few pictures on the main page that take most of the screen space don’t look too appealing and also, they are way too big for pictures that don’t have any functionality. The menu and logos look minimal and satisfying, I don’t think I would change them.

Content:

The site does not seem to lack any crucial things, but there could added more content for customer`s entertainment as like more pictures, reviews, articles. One other really important page that is missing is nutritional value and ingredients list for all the foods on the menu.

Call to action:

Doesn’t have any prominent call to action, except a grubhub link below but you have to scroll down in order to see it which a lot of people might not even do.

Navigation:

The menu and sites organization seem decent and well established, although having to go to another site to order food is not the most convenient feature top have, but it does ease the process of building a site on other hand. Maybe there could be some integration with sites as grubhub into our site`s page

Functionality:

There aren`t many features the site has. The ones that are available do work.

Community building:

Its social media page such as Instagram are more alive and active, but there is no prominent link to the insta page or any others other that one at the bottom of the site where most likely people would even get to.

Goals and Target Audience

What questions need to be answered in order to complete this project?

  • Who are people we are targeting, who is our audience and customer and what do they want?
  • What is process of ordering food there and how do we make it more pleasurable and simplify it?
  • How do we use the space on the site in a way that it`s all utilized properly and everything in its place and there for a reason?
  • What tasks do we need to complete in order to successfully complete this project?

  • Organize space on a site wisely and purposefully
  • Add some functionality or integration with the ordering food services if that is possible

  • The visual design is outdated and doesn’t look too appealing
